Great location. I liked that you had to make reservations for the pool so it didn’t get overcrowded. The room was comfortable. I would stay again

Close to a tube (Soutbwark). Good value for a family room. Before check in, I asked for a quieter room and staff were accommodating, putting us on the 8th floor in a corner room. Great pool.

Location, staff is very professional, great value for money for London.
Areas for improvement:
Breakfast could be better, the room is not cleaned daily - housekeeping only comes every other day unless you specifically request it, but I guess that’s why they’re very price-competitive…

Loved the location, the cleanliness, hot water is actually hot (many times in London it was actually just warm, for a hot shower lovers it’s always a frustration), family-friendly, supportive staff.
Areas for improvement:
Although breakfast had a nice selection it was a little too repetitive, some changes in menu would be nice for those with longer stays.

Excellent service from the staff especially Rami and Panos. I would highly recommend staying here.

No negatives during our short stay although I would have loved to have bars in the shower for safety.
